JDFA Walk for Giovanna October 13, 2012
if you did not know I have been diagnosed recently with type 1 diabetes. Diabetes is something you get if your pancreas stops working, a pancreas is something in your body that makes insulin. Insulin is something that breaks down your blood sugar. Diabetes is not contagious at all.
but there is always hope!
there is a walk for diabetes and I hope you all join, if you walk you raise money for a diabetes cure you can all be on team Giovanna and make a difference in the world!
